What we collect
Your phone number (verified at signup), your street address, your pickup day and reminder preferences, and a log of the messages we send you including delivery status. If you pay for a subscription, payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
To send the reminders you signed up for, look up your collection schedule, provide support, and operate the service. That's it — we don't use your information for advertising and we don't sell personal information.
Text messaging consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with, or sold to, any third party.
Who we share with
Only the service providers that make the product work, acting on our behalf: Twilio (message delivery), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (website hosting), and Stripe (payments). We also use public government geocoding services to look up your collection route; those lookups send your address, not your identity.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts immediately. To delete your account and data, email textmytrash@gmail.com from the address or phone associated with your account and we'll remove it within 30 days.
Retention and security
We keep account data while your subscription is active and delete or anonymize it after account deletion. Data is stored with access controls and encrypted in transit. The service is not directed at children under 13.
Changes and contact
